Ways to add an extra time zone on outlook calendar:


Time zone of every continent is different from each other. Because of this different time zone many times people has to suffer a lot. So this problem can be solved with Microsoft outlook 2010. Microsoft outlook 2010 has various important features inside it. It is one of the most important and useful app of outlook 2010 to add extra time zone on it. This feature becomes necessary for the business purpose which has various employees around the world.

To do this firstly you need to open Outlook 2010 after that click on File and then Options.

Then click the Calendar Tab and scroll down to the Time Zones section. Here firstly you need to add a Label to your current Time Zone, and remember because space is less so add a short name like SEA for Seattle.

Now verify the box displays on second time zone now give it label as before in short like for London use LON and select the additional time zone from the drop-down menu.

Now to save the new outlook configuration you need to click OK. Now your new outlook calendar is ready with new Time Zone in action. Now you can see the different time of two continent at the same time through your new outlook calendar.
